How EPC-Assistant works

From address to submitted VEKA file in four steps — you stay in the driver's seat throughout.

Enter the address — the app pulls KBO, cadastre and Street View data and prepares the file.

Measure on site

Laser, photos and dropdowns on tablet or laptop. Follows a fixed inspection route so you don't forget anything. SketchUp is optional.

Does the assistant take over my work?
No — absolutely not. EPC-Assistant is an assistant, not a replacement. It calculates, looks up values and pre-fills. But you check every value, adjust where needed and submit yourself. You keep the final call.
Is it really 100% VEKA compliant?
Yes. We use exactly the same field names and dropdown values as VEKA. Every field maps 1-to-1 to a VEKA field. No translation needed.
Do I still need to use SketchUp?
SketchUp becomes optional. You can draw floor plans with laser input or AI sketch directly in the app. Prefer to keep using SketchUp? Still possible — EPC-Assistant fits right in.
How does the installation database work?
Brands, models and capacities of boilers, ventilation systems, solar panels and heat pumps are already in the database. You no longer need to search online for the right R value or capacity — the assistant gives it instantly. You can always override manually.
Which calculations does the software do automatically?
The software calculates volumes, surfaces, R and U values, and looks up insulation, labels and capacities online. Everything is visible in the app, and you can review and adjust every value.
What will it cost?
Pricing will be discussed during the demo — we're still working out the rates together with our first users. Completely no-obligation, no commitment.
Do I have to change my way of working?
No. EPC-Assistant follows the same inspection route you already use today. You keep your own method — the assistant only speeds up the administrative part.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is on EU servers (Supabase, Ireland). GDPR compliant, encrypted storage, no data sharing with third parties. You remain owner of your data.
What hardware do I need?
Works on laptop, desktop and tablet. Tablet is optional but makes you faster on site. Bluetooth laser is optional and speeds up measuring even more.
What if VEKA changes their form?
We follow all VEKA updates and adapt field mapping within 48h. You don't notice anything.
