What is included in the price?
Our rates cover the complete service: the on-site inspection by a VEKA-certified type A energy expert, the calculation according to the official IP2025 inspection protocol, the official EPC certificate and the submission to the Flemish government's Energy Performance Database. There are no hidden costs.
What determines the price?
The exact price depends on several factors: the surface area of your property, the number of floors, the complexity of the installations (e.g. multiple heating systems) and the accessibility of the property. Larger homes and villas require more measuring time and therefore a higher rate. For an exact price, you can request a free quote.
How do our prices compare to the market?
